PRODUCTS - Returns and Refund Policy

If you receive a faulty or damaged CD from Noise Monster you may return it to us for a replacement. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice that was sent with your order with your return, and wrap the package securely. You can re-use the padded envelope in which your order was delivered, but please ensure that it is re-sealed securely.

Noise Monster will replace a faulty disc with the same title or refund you if the title is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods

REFUNDS
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. You will be refunded once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of an error on the part of Noise Monster.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we cannot exchange CDs unless they are received in a faulty condition or the wrong title is received incorrectly.

TESTING
Noise Monster
test every single returned CD. If a returned CD is found not to be faulty we will return the CD. We advise you to check the disc on a second make and model of machine before returning.
